From a background of construction to co-directing a successful employment agency CLS was established in 1999 by Mr David Leighton. Our offices are ideally located in the heart of West Yorkshire with easy access to all major motoring networks.

Backed by key office personnel with over 35 years combined experience in the construction industry, we have grown to become one of the leading companies in our area in our field.
